Shipping / Returns

The shipping time depends on the product availability and delivery destination, but the typical fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.

If your products arrive damaged or defective, you may submit a request of replacement or ask for a refund within 14 days of product delivery. Photographic proof is required of claims regarding orders that haven't been received, had been damaged, or is of wrong size.

Please contact us first before shipping back the product.
